The COMPASS Program
Patients receiving Juxtapid can enroll in the COMPASS Program at no cost. Each patient will be assigned a dedicated COMPASS Care Manager, who is always ready to help your patient, and ready to help you.
Navigating the health insurance process
We’re experts in health insurance and are here to help with the details to get your patient set up with treatment. Now you have a friend who knows health insurance – we’ll help guide you through the insurance verification, prior authorization, and coding/billing, and provide you with resources as you navigate these processes.
Help when finances are a problem for patients
COMPASS can provide information on and help accessing resources available to eligible patients who are prescribed Juxtapid but lack health insurance necessary for coverage.
Help patients start and maintain the low-fat diet
COMPASS can help patients and those who care for them better understand how tasty and easy it can be to stick with a diet of <20% energy from fat.
